The development will encompass a sprawling 104,000 square feet, featuring a 35,000-square-foot casino equipped with 750 state-of-the-art gaming machines, a 46-room hotel, a pool, fitness center, and event space for up to 150 guests.

This includes road maintenance, fire department assistance, and enhancements to water treatment and distribution systems.
